Zacapa 23 is aged in selected barrels that previously aged robust American whiskey, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Ximénez wines, creating a smooth & balanced rum.

The Añejo Ron Zacapa 23 contains a blend of rums that have undergone aging between 6 and 23 years.

View: Given present aged, with long, slow journey.

Nose: The nose shows complex aromas of caramel, cocoa and vanilla. Flavor indicative of different barrels hearth process.

Palate: The palate is full-bodied and rich, complex flavors which stand at its highest notes of coffee, leather and snuff. Aftertaste with notes of ginger.
